Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a way of helping children with behavioural and emotional difficulties. Through play, children can express themselves and explore their thoughts and feelings without needing to find the right words. PlayTherapy UK explains in more detail what play therapy is.

Referrals for play therapy can be made through the child's Personal Education Plan (PEP) and the completion of a Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ).
