Alternative Provision Providers

Over 50 vendors on the Alternative Provision Framework can bid for work in six categories.

• Tuition (Qualified Teacher)
• Tuition (Non-Qualified Teacher)
• Teaching Assistant Support
• Alternative Provision or vocational opportunity
• Counselling and mentoring support
• Transport

Any vendor wishing to join the framework can apply through The Chest, the North West's Local Authority procurement portal. The application window takes place in September, and STAR Procurement manage the process.

The current list of vendors is available on this Excel spreadsheet. Not all vendors have worked directly with the Virtual School, and you should conduct your risk assessment before commissioning any vendor from the list.
